Climax self-filtering masks have been designed to effectively retain suspended dust particles, mists and fumes. They are very light, comfortable and offer very low breathing resistance. They are classified into three levels of protection according to their effectiveness: FFP1, FFP2 and FFP1 (Filtering facepiece). Application types for the 1710-V FFP1 NR are steam cleaning, grinding, cutting and drilling in construction, rust and metal dust from grinding, cutting and drilling.
